Thom joined Thomson Broadbent in June 2016 after graduating from the University of Greenwich. Holding a PG Diploma in Surveying, he has furthered his expertise in the field. Thom is also an esteemed Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute.

As a Director, Thom plays a crucial role within our organization, providing invaluable guidance to clients on various land consents matters. He excels in mentoring teams, empowering them to negotiate favourable wayleave and easement agreements. Thom's astute oversight ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of our business, while his representation of clients through the Necessary Wayleave procedure showcases his dedication to their best interests. Moreover, Thom offers expert advice to private homeowners on important matters such as notices to remove, trespass issues, and prescriptive rights.

Outside the office, Thom explores the vibrant London food scene, savouring its diverse culinary offerings. He seeks adventure through driving all-terrain vehicles, revelling in the exhilaration they bring. Thom's creativity shines as he engages in his latest DIY projects, showcasing his resourcefulness and passion for hands-on endeavours. As an Associate member of the RICS, Thom's expertise and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to our team and clients alike.
