    WHY US

Thomson Broadbent provides high quality advice to homeowners, developers, private estates and landowners whose properties are impacted by new road, rail, airport and existing or new electricity power line projects. Our role is to guide the landowner through the statutory processes and with our specialist knowledge in the rules governing property blight, compulsory purchase and compensation to negotiate the landowners claim. We only act for landowners and our aim is to provide clear advice and effective solutions guided by the rules governing compulsory purchase compensation and our professional body the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

You may have found us because you’re looking into compensation yourself, and are simply seeking advice. It may be that you have received one of our letters and we believe you would be eligible for compensation.

Whichever the case, our dedicated team members are always on hand to answer any questions you may have. For quick queries, you can use our
online chat function or alternatively, for more traditional contact methods click here.
