Currently, he is on track to submit his Associate RICS assessment, a testament to his dedication to professional development. Furthermore, Joe has already attained Associate membership in the Institution of Environmental Sciences, highlighting his commitment to excellence in his field.

As a Land Rights Technician, Joe plays a crucial role in advising clients on various land consents matters. He leverages his expertise to conduct comprehensive searches, ensuring accurate information on existing rights. Joe also takes charge of property inspections and valuations, meticulously assessing key factors to provide accurate and reliable assessments.

Outside the office, Joe's passion and diverse interests shine through. On the rugby pitch, he showcases his skills, exemplifying his drive and determination. When he's not engaged in sports, Joe finds solace in strumming his guitar, channeling his creativity and musical talent. Additionally, he dedicates time to honing his golfing abilities, further demonstrating his unwavering commitment to personal growth and excellence in all aspects of life.
