By remaining within Corby Gate Business Park, we have been able to provide our team with a brighter, more modern workspace while maintaining continuity for clients and professional partners nationwide. Our new offices reflect the way we work today, offering a professional environment that supports collaboration, focus and long-term growth.
From our Corby base, we act on behalf of landowners, homeowners and private estates whose land or property is affected by infrastructure and utilities projects. We specialise in easements and wayleaves, as well as advising on land impacted by major transport schemes and electricity apparatus, guiding clients through complex statutory processes and helping them achieve fair outcomes.

Corby Gate Business Park continues to provide an ideal base for our national operations, combining strong connectivity with a professional setting. Remaining in Corby allows us to maintain long-standing relationships while investing in facilities that reflect our experience, scale and ambitions as we enter our fourth decade.
