So we have wanted to build a single story extension for a year now and I must have spoken to 100 people who have passed me from Pilar to post or not given me any kind of straight answer, Matthew Blantern is the only person although it’s not his area and something he can deal with— directed me and attempted to put me in contact with someone which is more than anyone has done for me in the last year. He spent 15 minutes on a Saturday talking to me about our plans and then sent an email to the correct person (hopefully) although I still haven’t received a response (I’ve experienced this a lot in the last year) I just think people that are willing to go the extra mile for others when they don’t need to need some recognition sometimes and this is my way so he gets that recognition.
