Emily Wilcox

Emily joined Thomson Broadbent in August 2020 after graduating from The Royal Agricultural University where she studied Real Estate & Land Management. She is currently pursuing her RICS accreditation following the Planning & Development pathway.

Emily’s daily role in the company involves the management of a range of Pylon Easement and Development matters across her Northern regional area. Emily carries out inspections, valuations and negotiations on behalf of homeowners, estates and developers as well as managing client relationships.

In her spare time, Emily enjoys riding her horses at events around Northamptonshire, skiing in the Alps and playing competitive netball.
