Thom Parker-Marrs graduated from the University of Greenwich Business School in 2016 and went on to complete a PG Diploma in Surveying at Northumbria University. As an Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute, Thom has honed his expertise in the field of surveying.
In his role as Director at Thomson Broadbent, Thom provides invaluable guidance to clients on various land consents matters. He excels in mentoring teams, empowering them to negotiate favourable wayleave and easement agreements. Thom's astute oversight ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of our business, while his representation of clients through the Necessary Wayleave procedure showcases his dedication to their best interests. He also offers expert advice on notices to remove, development clauses in existing agreements, and prescriptive rights, representing individual landowners, developers, and housing associations.
Outside the office, Thom enjoys exploring the vibrant London food scene, savoring its diverse culinary offerings. He seeks adventure through driving all-terrain vehicles, hiking, and engages in creative DIY projects, showcasing his resourcefulness and passion for hands-on endeavors. Thom's expertise and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to our team and clients alike.
