Thom Parker-Marrs

    Thom first joined Thomson Broadbent in June 2016 after his graduation from the University of Greenwich. He is currently a member of the Chartered Management Institute and is studying for a Masters in Surveying at Northumbria University.

    In his role as a Director, he advises clients on a wide range of land consents matters, mentors his teams to negotiate favourable wayleave and easement agreements and oversees the day-to-day operational running of the business. He also represents clients through the Necessary Wayleave procedure and advises private homeowners on matters including, notices to remove, trespass and prescriptive rights.

    When not in the office, Thom can be found exploring the London food scene, driving an all-terrain vehicle or working on his latest DIY project!
